The Construction Company launches its new project in a site interfering with nature in the Riva region of the town of Beckz, under the name "Dushleler Vadisi Riva". Hakan Yilmaz, Chairman of the Yilmaz Construction Company with regard to the project, stated: “Our company launches a new, ideal project in the Riva region that intertwines with nature in Istanbul under the name Ducleer Vadisi Riva. Our project will be a new symbol in the region through its aesthetic architectural design with a few floors Its wide green areas. We will create independent villas at a site overlooking the Riva and Black Sea with a capital of one million and 157 thousand Turkish liras. This has received more attention than expected towards the first phase of our new project and therefore we initiated the presentation of the second phase of the project for sale as well. Our project, which delivers the villas completely incomplete to its customers, is the ability to add their own designs based on their personal tastes and desires. The project was developed by Yilmaz Construction Company with a guarantee from the Amlak Gyo Construction Company and a capital of 2.8 billion Turkish liras over a plot of 869362 square meters while maintaining the region's natural structure. In terms of the location, the project is climbing in a location close to the transportation roads that lead to Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokchin Airport, Sultan Yavuz Selim Bridge and the main wild roads.
